WHAT TO EXPECT
A preparation + integration session is a 45 minute 1:1 zoom or phone call where you will receive guidance and healing around preparing for or integrating a plant medicine experience. These sessions are tailored to each individual and their specific needs going into the session.
When scheduling online, include in the notes section what your concerns, desires and / goals are for the session. Kara will tune into your energy ahead of the session, and download any insights, messages or healing to incorporate during the call.
